Heather discovered Pilates as part of a rehabilitation program and fell in love with the focus on mindful movement and biomechanics. After completing 850 hours of training in Classical Pilates and the Franklin Method, Heather is dedicated to helping her clients move with ease and efficiency.

At Elemental Movement Pilates and More, small class sizes provide a personalized experience for each participant. The studio offers a variety of class options, including private sessions, duos, and group classes. Newcomers can take advantage of an introductory pack of three private sessions to ease into the practice.
