Whether you are new to pilates or yoga or have been practising for years, our experienced instructors are committed to guiding you on your wellness journey.
Our pilates classes are led by Becky Uden and Lina Petraityte. Becky specialises in dynamic pilates and conducts her classes in the Fitzrovia room, located on the second floor of our studio. Lina also teaches dynamic pilates in the Fitzrovia room, as well as leading our lunchtime pilates class. Both instructors are passionate about helping you improve your core strength, flexibility, and posture.
For those looking for a yoga practise, Carole Hejtmnek is our resident expert. Carole teaches vinyasa flow yoga in the Fitzrovia room and is known for her soothing and empowering teaching style. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive space for students of all levels.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer workshops and private sessions. Liezel Kooyman leads our pilates workshops, which are two hours long and take place in the Fitzrovia room. These workshops provide an opportunity to delve deeper into the principles and techniques of pilates.
For those with busy schedules, we offer a lunchtime pilates class, led by Lina Petraityte. This 45-minute class is perfect for a quick workout during your lunch break.
If you prefer one-on-one instruction, we offer 1-1 yoga and pilates sessions in our Orchid room, led by our skilled instructors.
For corporate clients, we provide pilates and yoga classes that can be customised to fit your needs. These classes can range from 1 to 3 hours and take place in our Fitzrovia room. Lina Petraityte is available to lead these sessions and create a programme tailored to your employees' wellness goals.
At Egoist Body Studios, we also offer studio hire for different functions. Whether you are hosting a workshop, event, or private gathering, our entire studio can be rented for a duration of 1 to 12 hours.
For a truly immersive wellness experience, join us for our retreats. Led by Lina Petraityte, our retreats combine pilates and yoga in a beautiful location. Our upcoming retreat in Lithuania's Lake District offers 4 days of yoga, pilates, relaxation, and connexion with nature. The retreat takes place at a private estate with breathtaking lakeside views, an eco hot tub, sauna, and delicious vegetarian/vegan meals prepared in-house.
