At EFM Gym Ferntree Gully, we believe in the power of individualised training. Our experienced personal fitness coach, Glen Cammiade, has over 8 years of experience in the industry and will work with you one-on-one to create a tailored health and fitness programme that suits your specific needs.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, strengthen your core, or adopt a healthier lifestyle, our personalised programmes will keep you engaged and challenged. No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, everyone is welcome at our gym.

We are especially known for our “Boot Camps,” which are not only fun but also highly effective in helping you achieve your fitness goals. With no lock-in contracts, you have the flexibility to join and leave at any time.

Our gym has been recognised as the Franchisee of the Year multiple times, further showcasing our commitment to providing top-notch fitness services.

We are open Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am and Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, with reduced hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
