EDGE Choi Kwang Do is a modern martial arts school located in Clacton-on-Sea, dedicated to providing optimal health and fitness for all. Unlike traditional competition arts, Choi Kwang Do focuses on self-defence and utilises scientific knowledge to generate power. The school welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities, from children to seniors aged 70 and above.
The school is led by Master Richard Edgeworth, a highly experienced practitioner who has devoted 22 years to studying Choi Kwang Do. He has reached the impressive rank of 5th degree (OH dan), demonstrating his deep understanding and mastery of the art. Master Edgeworth's expertise ensures that students receive the highest quality training.
At EDGE Choi Kwang Do, we believe in the importance of personalised instruction and individual growth. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who have extensive experience in martial arts and are dedicated to helping each student reach their goals. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, our instructors will provide guidance and support to ensure you progress at your own pace.
