Frequently Asked Questions
We provide artistic gymnastics training for children aged 4 years and over. Our recreational sessions are fun, encouraging and non competitive, helping children build co ordination, confidence, discipline, strength, balance, flexibility and agility.
Training sessions are on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Children learn skills on floor, sprung floor, beam, bars, vault, trampette and air track.
