About Eastman High Performance Centre Inc.
Welcome to the Eastman High Performance Centre Inc. Located in Ste Anne, this training facility was founded by Gerald Tetrault and his son, Alex, with the vision of creating a space for both the community and their hockey programs. Gerald, a former Ste Anne Ace, has deep roots in the community, while Alex, a local resident and school teacher, brings his passion for fitness and wellness to the centre as the Facility Manager.
At Eastman High Performance Centre, the goal is to provide a well-rounded approach to wellness for high performance athletes and the general community. The gym training facility offers a variety of services, including a Sauna/Steam room (coming soon), HD Golf/Sports Simulator, dryland boot camps, and a Hockey/Wellness Centre for community events. Staffed hours are currently from 1-5pm on weekdays, with plans for additional hours in the future.
The centre also features synthetic ice and a skating treadmill for hockey programs, as well as a dual-use space for dryland training and batting cages. With a focus on community involvement and a welcoming atmosphere, Eastman High Performance Centre aims to evolve over time by adding services such as athletic therapy, massage, and personal training to complement the gym.
