We have recently expanded our Strength area to include a range of Hammer Strength machines, providing a comprehensive workout experience for all fitness levels.

Our 25m pool is perfect for casual and lane swimming, while our teaching pool is home to the Better Swim School, offering swimming lessons for all ages from 6 months to Adult. Our experienced instructors ensure that everyone receives personalised attention and guidance to improve their swimming skills.
After your workout or swim, unwind and relax in our sauna and steam room, which provide the perfect opportunity to release any tension and rejuvenate your body. We also offer plenty of family-friendly activities, including slides and Aqua Splash, making East End Pool the ideal destination for a fun day out with the kids. Conveniently located in Hadrian Square, Byker, East End Pool is easily accessible by train, tube, tram, or car. We offer 33 parking spaces, including 5 designated disabled spaces, to ensure that everyone has easy access to our facilities. The centre is open from Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on weekends from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please note that opening hours may vary for different parts of the building, so it is always advisable to check before your visit.
