East Cork Golf Club

The East Cork Golf Club, located in Midleton, was established in 1968 on the former dairy farm of Eamon and Peg Moloney. Designed by renowned Golf Course Architect Eddie Hackett, the course initially comprised of nine holes, with an extension to 18 holes completed in 1975. Situated on the outskirts of Midleton and bordered by two rivers, the parkland location offers a picturesque setting for golf enthusiasts.

The official opening of the course took place on the 10th of November 1969, with the late Mr. Brian Lenihan, T. D. presiding over the event.
