Co-owned by Shane McGrath and Aidan Fawl, who together have over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, East Clare Fitness offers small group personal training and online coaching services.
Shane McGrath, a qualified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer, brings 7 years of experience working in various gyms and with different sports teams. Aidan Fawl, a qualified personal trainer with 9 years of industry experience, has worked in roles such as Head Trainer before co-founding East Clare Fitness. Cian Foley, a recently qualified personal trainer, joined the team in 2020 and specialises in men's transformation sessions.
At East Clare Fitness, the team prides themselves on creating a fun and friendly atmosphere in the gym, ensuring all clients feel comfortable while pushing themselves to achieve great results. Small group personal training sessions cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced gym users. Each client receives their own individualised programme, overseen by a qualified personal trainer to ensure proper technique and maximum results.
Clients start with a consultation session, including nutrition advice and goal setting, followed by regular weigh-ins, body fat analysis, and measurements to track progress. The trainers design workout programmes tailored to each client's goals and fitness levels.
