In addition to our wide range of classes, we are proud to host the Jai Muay Thai boxing club within Eastburn Fitness Centre. Muay Thai is a 2000-year-old stand-up fighting art form from Thailand that incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The Jai Muay Thai club, led by Head Coach Robin Shepherd, is renowned for producing top professional fighters in the UK. Robin has over 20 years of teaching experience and has trained some of the best fighters in the country.
His credentials include being a fully qualified and registered Muay Thai teacher and former England Muay Thai Federation Team Manager.
