Welcome to Eastbourne Badminton, the Friendly League in Eastbourne and the surrounding Sussex area. We are dedicated to organising league badminton competitions for Men's and Mixed teams across various clubs.
If you're interested in joining the league or forming your own club, please contact us for more information. We always welcome new clubs and teams to participate in our leagues. Additionally, we are constantly seeking players to join our registered clubs in the league. By selecting the clubs tab on our website, you can find details of all the clubs in the area.
We also encourage and support new clubs in establishing themselves in the Eastbourne area. For more information on how to become an established club, please reach out to our Chairman or Secretary.
If you're looking to try out badminton, we offer a “No Strings Badminton” option for individuals who just want to have fun and play without any obligations or commitments. It's a great way to experience the sport and meet new people.
We take pride in our history and dedication to badminton. Our website provides a record of Eastbourne Tournament winners dating back to 1952, which showcases the rich heritage of badminton in our community.
In addition to league competitions, we also organise various tournaments throughout the year. Some upcoming events include the Eastbourne Junior Tournament, Brighton 3 Series Plus Event, Crawley 3 Series Plus Event, and Bognor 3 Series Plus Event. Entry forms, results, and photos for these events can be found on our website.
We are actively involved in the local badminton community and have provided links to other badminton organisations in the area on our website. These include Badminton England, Sussex Badminton, East Sussex Junior Badminton Academy, Brighton and Worthing Badminton League, and Hastings Badminton League.
