Eagles FC Kerala

Eagles FC Kerala is a beacon of football excellence and community spirit based in the vibrant city of Kochi, Ernakulam. Established in 1956 by a passionate group of students at St. Albert’s High School, the club has grown under the guidance of revered mentors like the Late Shri. N J Joseph and Fr. Varghese Chelatt. Over the decades, it has attracted some of the brightest football talents from Cochin, creating a legacy that endures to this day.

Revitalized for modern football while honoring its rich heritage, Eagles FC Kerala aims to bring the “Beautiful Game” back to football-crazy Kerala. During the 2022-23 season, the team will be guided by the expertise of three legendary figures of Kerala football—C C Jacob, P Paulose, and M M Jacob. These international footballers and Santosh Trophy champions, along with two AFC C License coaches, are committed to nurturing the next generation of football stars.

Thanks to a resurgence driven by the sons of the original founding members, the club underwent a profound transformation in October 2010 and was rebranded as Eagles FC Kerala. This new chapter marks its transition into a professional football club, with the ambition to secure a prominent place in the national I-League. Eagles Football Club Private Limited now professionally manages the team, ensuring a blend of tradition and future-forward strategies.
