Donna’s instructors teach the original Pilates method by Joseph Pilates. They’re keen to help you master your body and reach your fitness goals.

You can also join small group mat classes at the studio, online, or at community halls around Hednesford. There are options for beginners and intermediates, so you can pick what suits you best.

For those who love group settings, mat classes run every Monday and Wednesday. Mondays are at The Aquarius Ballroom in Hednesford, with a beginner/intermediate class at 7 pm and an intermediate class online at 5:45 pm. Wednesdays feature an intermediate class online from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

For a focused session, equipment classes are every Wednesday at 6 pm in the Hednesford studio, using various specialised apparatus for a unique Pilates experience.
