For our Intermediate clients who are curious about the extra challenge offered in our Advanced Classes but are unsure about what to expect, or those who simply want to spend more time getting used to the new setups and techniques, this workshop is an excellent way to dip your toes in. It also serves as a fantastic reintroduction for our Advanced clients returning after a period of time off.
Although this session is scheduled and can be booked as a class, it will feel more like a workshop in its approach. The pace will be slightly slower to ensure a thorough breakdown of exercises, prioritising your safety and comfort. We will focus on optimal form and technique, introducing new advanced level exercises, and providing next-level progressions of familiar routines.
