The mission of Dunmow & Braintree Taekwon-Do is to improve fitness, flexibility, self-confidence, and mental health. Dunmow & Braintree Taekwon-Do has been nominated for the Sports Club of the Year award by Active Essex, recognising their commitment to inclusivity and their track record of improving wellbeing. The club's dedicated instructors have years of experience and are passionate about helping students of all abilities reach their full potential.

Classes are held at multiple locations in Dunmow, including Helena Romanes School, Barnston Village Hall, and Rayne Nursery & Primary School, with more class options coming soon. These locations offer convenient times and days, allowing individuals to choose the classes that best fit their schedule.

As a club, Dunmow & Braintree Taekwon-Do actively participates in regional and national competitions to push boundaries and achieve excellence. The club has proudly brought home gold medals from every competition they have entered. The experienced Club Instructors, Cheryl and Matt Howard, have been leading Dunmow & Braintree Taekwon-Do for the past three years. They are DBS certified and registered with the Taekwon-do Association of Great Britain, ensuring a safe and professional training environment for all members.
