DShawPK is a martial arts school in Ottawa that specializes in Parkour and Freerunning. The school is run by DShaw, a seasoned practitioner with years of experience in the art. The facility is equipped with crash mats, foam-block platforms, a bouncy air-track, a modular climbing wall, and practice railings to ensure the safety of students while they learn and practice their skills.

Classes at DShawPK are divided into Standard Classes and Advanced Classes. The Standard Classes run for 12 or 13 weeks and focus on foundational techniques such as vaulting, climbing, flips, and rolls. These classes are suitable for students of all ages, with separate sessions offered for kids aged 7-12. Advanced Classes are for students who have mastered the material in the Standard Classes and focus on exotic flips and off-axis twists.

In addition to structured classes, DShawPK also offers Open Training sessions where students can practice on their own with access to equipment and coaching from the instructor. This unstructured training time allows students to work on specific moves and receive guidance on how to improve them.
