We pride ourselves on being more than just a gym, but rather a family. We know that joining a gym can be intimidating, but we want to assure you that we are here to assist you every step of the way. Our community of motivating instructors and members will be involved in your fitness journey from the moment you walk through our doors.
No matter your current experience or fitness objectives, we have a tailored programme for you. We believe that everyone, regardless of size or shape, can get a great workout at DropBear Fitness. We have lifted the bar for functional training with our innovative programmes, whether you're looking for a challenging workout or just want to work up a good sweat for 30 minutes.
Furthermore, we offer a range of programmes to suit your needs. If you're new to fitness, our Beginners Course is a perfect way to start. You'll have an hour-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. If you prefer to train in a group setting, our Group Classes are designed to keep you motivated and working hard, while our coaches ensure your safety and prevent injuries.
Personal Training sessions are also available, either as a one-on-one or for small groups of friends.
If you're unsure about joining, we invite you to book a free trial class. We understand the first day jitters and want to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. You can also schedule a call with one of our coaches to discuss the best fitness plan for you.
