Are you the owner of DRILL Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp?

Introducing DRILL Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp, a physical fitness programme located in Mount Maunganui. The programme aims to improve overall physical fitness, increase strength, and enhance vitality through outdoor workouts.
At DRILL, functional training is emphasised as it helps make everyday activities easier, reduces the risk of injury, and improves the quality of life for participants. Through their training method, participants not only achieve fitness goals, but also develop a stable, balanced, and peak-performing body.
The programme focuses on strength-based exercises to help participants achieve a strong and healthy appearance. By changing lifestyle habits, participants start to notice significant changes in body tone and girth measurements.
In addition to physical benefits, regular outdoor workouts lead to reduced stress levels, increased confidence, energy, and a sense of calm. Participants not only become healthier, but also happier individuals.
At DRILL, participants are not treated as just another number. They become part of the DRILLFIT community, where they have the opportunity to engage in social events, outdoor trail running events, obstacle/mud runs, and more.
DRILL's outdoor boot camps are conducted in multiple locations across New Zealand, including Auckland City (Victoria Park, Mount Eden, Meadowbank/St Johns), Auckland North Shore (Onewa Domain, Milford, Kennedy Park), Auckland West (War Memorial Park in Hobsonville, Crum Park in Titirangi for women only), Tauranga (Tauranga domain, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Welcome Bay, The Lakes, Otumoetai), Cambridge (Cambridge Highschool, Cambridge Racquet Club, Studio Collective), Hamilton (Woodstock Primary School), and Christchurch (Te Kahu park, Wigram).
The programme is facilitated by a team of professional trainers who are dedicated to helping participants achieve their fitness goals. The team includes Andrew Wilson, who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and sports; Gemma Shaw, a recent graduate with a passion for fitness; Kelly Prior, an experienced and respected personal trainer with over 15 years of experience; Jack Cooper, whose life has revolved around fitness for the past 16 years; Vlad Haber, who has a lifelong background in sports; Steve Butler, an amateur swimmer and silver medallist; Charmaine Erlank, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor; and Anna Armstrong, a Hamilton-based trainer with groups for all fitness levels.
