Founded by Kim, who’s got over 23 years of coaching experience and a heap of certifications, this family-run gym is celebrating its 12th season of turning regular kids into gymnastics rockstars. 🌟

Got a little one between 4-12 years old? Sign them up for the Beginners program (Level 1-6) where they'll master the basics on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Plus, they'll dive into some cool tumbling skills and get progress reports twice a year - so you can cheer on their growth every step of the way.

For the more advanced gymnasts out there, Dreams Gymnastics has the Intercub program. It's a 10-month training blitz requiring a 10-month commitment. Athletes train hard for 4-9 hours a week and get to show off their skills in various meets from September to June. Entry needs a thumbs-up after a recommendation or assessment.

Feeling the groove and love to perform? Check out the Gymnaestrada Dance/Tumbling Team program. This one’s for 7-15 year olds who live for dancing, performing, and team spirit. Learn hip hop moves, nail that choreography, and strut your stuff at competitions. Heads up – tryouts required!
