At Dragon Style Martial Arts, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. For adults, we have Kung Fu classes that focus on self-defence, sparring, and overall fitness. Our instructors create a positive and supportive environment where students can learn new practical skills and improve their fitness levels.
We also offer specialised self-defence classes, including classes for teens, female-only classes, kickboxing, and open mat sessions. These classes provide a safe and controlled environment for students to practise martial arts and build confidence.
For kids, we have Little Dragons classes where children can learn martial arts, discipline, and respect. We are proud to be an Active Kids provider, allowing parents to enrol their children and benefit from the government's Active Kids programme.
In addition to martial arts classes, we also offer traditional Chinese lion dance lessons. Students can learn this millenary tradition and even book us for performances.
Dragon Style Kung Fu and Fitness Inc is a not-for-profit organisation based in the Fairfield City Council area. We teach Lung Ying Kung Fu, a practical martial art focused on combat and the application of techniques. Our classes emphasise power generation and effective striking techniques, as well as sparring, fitness, and conditioning.
While we are not an MMA club, we do participate in various tournament circuits to improve and test our skills in a safe environment. Our kickboxing classes cover kung fu techniques applicable within tournament rules, allowing students to explore the benefits of combat sports.
Training at Dragon Style Martial Arts will not only improve your physical fitness and combat skills but also instil important values such as discipline, loyalty, and respect. Our instructors prioritise character building and provide a challenging yet supportive training environment.
