Whether you are looking for a premium membership, which includes access to our gym, swimming facilities, and classes, or prefer a more flexible payment option with our Free Places membership, we have the perfect plan for you. With our Premium membership, you can book your sessions up to 15 days in advance, ensuring that you never miss out on your preferred time slot.

Our timetable is carefully designed to cater to the schedules of all our members. It includes a wide variety of classes, such as swimming, to suit all age groups and fitness levels. If you are interested in swimming lessons, our experienced instructors follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, ensuring that each participant builds water confidence and develops a lifelong skill.

In addition to our swimming facilities, we offer a fully developed gymnastics programme, developed by British Gymnastics. This programme provides participants with an immersive, creative, and exciting journey that promotes physical and mental growth.
