Our weight loss specialist, Dale Wallace, also known as The DoTheWork Coach, is a highly experienced personal trainer, online coach, and corporate wellness coach. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Dale has helped hundreds of clients overcome weight loss plateaus and achieve their desired results. Recently certified as a Mental Health & Exercise Coach, Dale has enhanced his ability to provide top-notch support and guidance to his clients.

Located at Unit 338 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit, Preston, PR5 8AR, DoTheWorkHQ is a private personal training gym where all our coaching takes place. It is a safe and comfortable space where you can focus on your fitness journey without feeling self-conscious or overwhelmed.
