The classes follow a pattern and rhythm that includes relaxation, limbering exercises targeted to individual needs and prevailing energies, specific postures, a variety of breathing techniques, and relaxation. Throughout the classes, the deeper philosophy of yoga is interwoven, animating and vivifying the techniques.
All necessary props such as blankets, bolsters, and mats are provided at the venue, ensuring a hassle-free experience for participants. The classes run on a term basis, discouraging casual attendance in order to promote progression and a supportive group energy. Participants can expect to feel energised and relaxed at the end of each class, regardless of their physical or emotional state.
