Duncan, the founder of DO Pilates, is a highly skilled and experienced Pilates instructor with over fifteen years of teaching experience. He holds qualifications as a master matwork teacher and a level 4 lower back pain exercise specialist, ensuring that you are receiving expert guidance and instruction throughout your Pilates journey.
