Doce Pares UK is a renowned martial arts school located in London, specialising in the Filipino Martial Arts (FMA). Established in 2010, the gym offers comprehensive training in various disciplines of FMA, including Eskrima Kali Arnis and Yaw-Yan Kickboxing.

Our curriculum is directly derived from the Doce Pares International Headquarters, which is based in Cebu, Philippines. This ensures that our students receive authentic training in the art forms straight from the source.

At Doce Pares UK, we are dedicated to teaching self-defence and martial arts skills through the Doce Pares Multi Style System, a hybrid FMA approach. Our focus is on equipping our students with the expertise required for effective self-defence in a variety of combat situations.

Our training programmes are versatile, catering to individuals with different preferences and objectives. We specialise in single and double weapon techniques, both long and short, as well as knife defence and empty hand combat. By learning these techniques, students gain a well-rounded skill set that they can apply in real-life scenarios.

In addition to our physical classes, we also offer online learning opportunities in the Filipino Martial Arts of Eskrima, also known as Arnis or Kali. Backed by over 20 years of FMA experience, our online curriculum includes comprehensive testing and practical sparring techniques, including competition. Our students have the opportunity to learn from Master Alex, a 6th-degree black belt and World Champion in FMA.
