DIZONFIT Training Studio is a leading gym and yoga studio located in Toronto, dedicated to empowering clients to be their strongest selves. With two newly renovated studios in the heart of the Upper Beaches and Port Union, DIZONFIT offers a range of services including group fitness, personal training, yoga, and corporate wellness programs.
Founded by Christina Dizon, a seasoned trainer with experience in various community events and charity runs, DIZONFIT is committed to promoting wellness and building a strong sense of community. Dizon has also adapted to the challenges of COVID-19 by offering online community training sessions, allowing local and international clients to stay connected and active from the comfort of their own homes.
At DIZONFIT, clients have the opportunity to join live sessions over Zoom or access a library of over 600 pre-recorded sessions for both full-body training and yoga. Whether it's a corporate wellness booking, a group fitness class, or a personal training session, DIZONFIT provides a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals of all fitness levels.
