Divinity Well-being & Fitness is a Pilates studio located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Founded by Jessica Alice, the studio aims to promote the benefits of well-being and fitness to its clients. Jessica, a Physiotherapy Technician for the NHS and a professional performer, started her journey in 2017 when she travelled to California to train as a barre instructor with Tracey Mallet.
Upon returning to the UK, Jessica began teaching classes to adults, gaining practical experience and knowledge in the process. With a deep love for the benefits of Yoga and Pilates, she now focuses on sharing her passion with others. In addition to being a qualified Barre Instructor and Special Yoga Instructor, Jessica is also working towards her final practical exam for her BASI Pilates instructor training.
One of the core values of Divinity Well-being & Fitness is to make classes accessible for everyone, regardless of their ability or background. Jessica has a particular specialisation in working with people who have Learning Disabilities. She welcomes individuals who share a passion for fitness and well-being, as well as those who wish to explore the world of mindfulness and exercise.
Divinity Well-being & Fitness offers a range of classes, with a focus on Pilates. Clients can visit the website to view the current class timetable and book their spaces online. The studio also has plans to introduce Yoga classes in the near future.
