Our CrossFit classes epitomise the old-school CrossFit training, incorporating constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. If you're interested in improving your technique in Olympic Weightlifting, we offer a meticulous programme that focuses specifically on movements such as the snatch and the clean & jerk. Our Gymnastics class is designed to teach you core gymnastic skills and guide you towards efficient gymnastic movements. For those who prefer a more personalised approach, we offer one-on-one personal training classes with our expert coaches.
Additionally, our very own Cardio Club class will get your heart racing and provide a full-speed cardio workout.
