We understand that starting something new can be nerve-wracking, so we aim to make your transition into our gym as smooth as possible. Our staff will greet you at our introduction day, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, tour the gym, and meet like-minded individuals who will be training alongside you. We want you to feel at ease before starting your first session.
As part of this offer, you will receive 12 Small Group Personal Training Sessions, nutritional support, world-class coaching, and an opportunity to be part of a community driven by the same health and fitness goals as you. We prioritise education and empowerment, so our coaches will help you understand the fundamentals of nutrition, equipping you with the tools to create and manage your own nutrition plan.
