Discover Pilates® is a renowned Pilates club in North Ryde that offers top-notch equipment-based, small group Pilates classes. With a maximum of only 4 participants per class, you can be assured that you'll receive personalised attention and guidance to meet your individual needs and goals.
At Discover Pilates®, you have the option to book a 'Private Pilates class' or join one of our timetabled small-group classes called 'Studio classes'. Each class lasts for 1 hour and is designed to enhance your Pilates experience. For those who prefer flexibility, we also offer casual bookings for $44 per class. However, if you'd like to save some money, you can purchase a block of 10 classes for $400 ($40 per class).
Our Private Pilates classes can be booked outside the Studio Pilates class timetable, and the fees vary depending on the number of participants. For a 1 on 1 private class, the cost is $90. If you prefer to bring a friend or two, the prices are $130 for 2 students ($65 each), $150 for 3 students ($50 each), or $160 for 4 students ($40 each). These classes provide a great opportunity to receive focused attention while enjoying the company of your workout partners.
To ensure the highest quality of each class, we limit the number of students, and an initial consultation is mandatory. Our instructors, who are all qualified Physiotherapists, will have an in-depth discussion with you during the consultation to understand your specific needs and goals. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have a specific experience in mind, our instructors will tailor the class to work towards your objectives.
To get started at Discover Pilates®, every new student must attend a 30-minute initial consultation, which costs $50. This consultation allows us to create a personalised program that caters to your unique requirements.
Booking your classes is easy and can be done through Ryde Natural Health Clinic's reception desk. We recommend arriving ten minutes early for your first class and wearing comfortable exercise clothing. Don't forget to bring clean socks – they are required for hygiene purposes. If you need to change before or after the class, we have convenient change rooms available for your use.
