Currently, she’s expanding her skills to cater to older adults and those with neurological conditions like Parkinson’s.
Besides Pilates, Diana is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, offering weekly classes in Kingston. She stays active with contemporary dance classes and Dance West's Bolder Not Older company.
Classes are held in Hampton Wick and Kingston, plus a Zoom option for remote sessions. Private one-to-one lessons are available at Diana's home studio in North Kingston, offering personalised attention.
