For all our dedicated learn-to-swim customers, we want to make it clear that you will not be charged for any lessons scheduled during our Christmas closure. We want you to enjoy this special time with your loved ones without the burden of extra expenses. It's just our little way of spreading some holiday cheer!
Now, we understand that the holiday period can be a great time for a family getaway. If you're planning to jet off somewhere outside our Christmas closure dates, we kindly request that you mark your child as absent in our portal at least one hour prior to their lesson time. By doing so, you'll receive a token as a token of appreciation for letting us know in advance. We appreciate your cooperation in making this process smooth and hassle-free.
Now, let's talk about what's happening during the rest of the school holidays. We want to make sure that our swimmers have ample opportunities to continue their progress and keep having a splashing good time. Rest assured that your lessons will still be held at the same time and day as usual. No need to worry about any disruptions!
