The Diamond Valley Magpies play in the AFL Masters, premier Division One, and have become the preferred Superules club for many ex-VFL/AFL and suburban players looking to continue their football careers after their league careers have ended.
The club is divided into four teams: the Supers Team for players over 35, the Senior Team, the Masters Team for players over 35 reserves, the 45s Team for players aged 45 and over, and the 55s Team for players aged 55 and over. Games are played every second week at the club's home ground located at Shelley Park in Heidelberg Heights.
