As a member of Callisthenics Victoria Incorporated, the club aims to provide callisthenics classes to pupils aged 3 to adult.

The Sub-Juniors class is for pupils aged 10 years and under. They perform six items at three competitions and the Annual Concert each year. This class focuses on skills such as figure marching, club swinging, aesthetic exercises, and song and dance.

The Juniors class is for pupils aged 13 years and under, while the Intermediates class is for pupils aged 17 years and under. Both classes perform six items at four and five competitions, respectively, along with the Annual Concert. These classes emphasise various aspects of callisthenics, including strength and flexibility movements, rhythmic aesthetics, dance arrangements, and more.

For pupils aged 16 years and over, the Seniors class offers the opportunity to perform six items at five competitions and the Annual Concert. In addition, there is a Masters class specifically for pupils aged 26 years and over, who also perform six items at four competitions and the Annual Concert.
