This exciting program is perfect for those looking to upskill themselves in coaching and educating. Led by experienced educators, participants will have the opportunity to train at the Centre de Développement de Club (CDC) in groups of 4 or 6. With exercise plans provided in advance and mini-matches to round off each session, it's a fantastic way to improve your knowledge and skills. Beginning on synthetic turf fields before transitioning to natural fields later in the season, the program offers a well-rounded experience. Local groups will benefit from 1 paid educator and 2 volunteer parents, while regional groups will have 1-2 paid coaches and 2 volunteer parents on board.
