Our highly experienced trainer, Lauren, has over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds qualifications in outdoor training, specialist GP referrals, ante and post-natal training, exercise to music, and kettlebell training. With her expertise and passion for fitness, Lauren has a unique ability to push you out of your comfort zone and help you realise your full potential.
