Prices for our premium membership start from 19. 00 per month, which also requires a one-off joining fee.
We also offer discounted memberships for individuals aged 19-25 and 16-18, with similar benefits.
For those who prefer flexibility, we offer a free Places membership that allows you to book online and pay as you go. With this membership, you can enjoy 8 days' advance booking rights from the start time of your session.
Our centre is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cater to your fitness needs. We have a gym, sports hall, and function rooms available for various activities and events. Whether you're looking to participate in group classes, such as BODYPUMP(TM), Pilates, or Legs, Bums and Tums, or engage in individual workouts, we have you covered.
We also offer courses in gymnastics, fully developed by British Gymnastics. Our gymnastics programme provides a fun and progressive journey for students, helping them build strong muscles and bones, increase flexibility, balance, and coordination, and develop discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Additionally, we provide swimming lessons for individuals of all ages. Learning to swim is not only a life skill but also opens up a world of opportunities for fun and enjoyment in and around water. Our swimming lessons follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, building water confidence from the first splash.
