Work and dedication, I represented my state at national competitions.
After completing high school, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career. I became a certified personal trainer and started my own business, DeigPT, in Kensington, Sydney. I am now lucky enough to share my love for fitness with others and help them reach their health and fitness goals.
One of the things that sets me apart as a personal trainer is my belief in making the fitness journey fun and exciting. You'll often find my clients in stitches as I incorporate laughter into our workouts. I believe that laughing is not only good for the soul but also a great exercise for your core muscles.
But don't be mistaken, I am also serious about helping my clients improve their health, fitness, and wellbeing. I always strive to teach them the best and safest techniques while keeping the workouts challenging and effective. I am encouraging, motivating, and authentic in my approach, and I value and respect each one of my clients.
At DeigPT, I offer a range of services to cater to different needs and preferences. For those who prefer one-on-one training, I provide personalised 45-minute sessions where we can focus specifically on your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your motivation, or learn new skills, I am up for the challenge.
If you prefer a more social and motivating environment, I also offer small group training sessions. These sessions are not only fun but also educational, as I teach you how to use gym equipment properly and improve your technique. Group training sessions run every morning and afternoon, Monday to Saturday, and the minimum group size is three people.
For those who don't have the time to travel or prefer the privacy of their own space, I offer mobile training sessions. I can come to your home or workplace, or we can meet in your local park. This option takes away the stress of travel and allows you to focus completely on your workout.
Additionally, I offer specialised sessions for those who want to learn the skills of boxing. Boxing is not only a great form of exercise but also offers various health benefits, including increased muscle tone and bone density, improved core strength, and stress release.
If you prefer online training or can't attend in-person sessions, I also offer Zoom PT sessions. This allows me to support you from wherever you are in the world, giving you the privacy and comfort of training in your own space.
