Support is key at Define Pilates. Vicky offers personalised help through private or duet sessions, so you get individual attention to perfect your practise.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been at it for years, Vicky and her team are here to help you create a lasting, healthy relationship with exercise. The studio is in the peaceful Arkles Bay, providing a great setting on the Hibiscus Coast, with in-person and online classes available.
