For children aged 4–7 years, the Defence Lab Kidz programme offers a complete self-defence solution. These dynamic and fun-packed classes not only teach children important skills for staying safe, but also help them develop confidence. For children aged 8–13 years, the Street Smart programme focuses on self-defence techniques in a safe and engaging environment. Through these classes, children can improve their self-awareness and learn valuable skills for staying safe in real-life situations. Classes take place on Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30pm, Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:15 – 10:15am at Martial Arts & Fitness Unit 2, 72 Hazelwell Street Stirchley Birmingham B30 2JS.
For individuals aged 13 and above, Defence Lab Birmingham offers the DNA Fight Science programme. This programme not only develops high levels of physical self-defence skills, but also focuses on emotional and psychological aspects. It is worth noting that DNA Fight Science is taught to the UK Police Force due to its effectiveness. Classes take place on Mondays from 8:00 – 9:00pm, Wednesdays from 8:00 – 9:00pm, and Fridays from 7:00 – 8:00pm at Martial Arts & Fitness Unit 2, 72 Hazelwell Street Stirchley Birmingham B30 2JS.
