We offer leading group fitness classes from Les Mills as well as fabulous free style classes. These classes are a great way to create a regular routine and get involved in aerobic training, cycling, strength, and conditioning. Our personal trainers are available to guide you with weight loss and muscle building in private training sessions or small group settings. They can also provide personalised plans and help with your nutrition.

For competitive swimmers and triathletes, we have swimming coaches available for squad training sessions in our 25m heated indoor pool at Cityfit. We believe in the importance of catering to everyone's fitness needs. That's why we offer classes specifically tailored for over 50s, youth, and stretching.

We understand that finding time to work out can be challenging, especially if you have children. That's why we offer child care at both gyms, with some membership options even including free child care. Our gyms are also equipped with a wide range of lifting equipment, Olympic bars, dumbbells, and cardio equipment, including treadmills.

At Dedicated To Fitness d2f, we offer flexible gym memberships with short terms available or minimum 13-week terms.
