DB Amesbury’s programmes cater to all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can achieve their best. The 6-week course is divided into 3 distinct phases, each designed to challenge and progress participants.

Alongside the 30 classes, there are additional resources to enhance your fitness journey, including recipe books, nutrition support, high-tech body scans, and extra challenges. There’s always something happening at DB Amesbury to keep you motivated.

Classes are held at The Vault on Solar Way in Amesbury, Wiltshire, starting at 5:45 AM, perfect for an energetic start to your day. For those who prefer, virtual classes via Zoom are also available.

DB Amesbury offers flexible pricing options: the venue course at £170, the DB Plus package at £195 (including gym/Zoom sessions and video library access for the family), and the virtual course at £140 (including daily Zoom sessions and video library access).
