Davina will tailor a programme to suit your needs, whether it's gentle pilates or more challenging fitness sessions.

In her spare time, Davina keeps fit with activities such as running, swimming, cycling, and tennis. Her qualifications include Exercise to Music (1997, YMCA), Pilates (2000, Pilates Institute), Ante/Post Natal Pilates (Australian Physiotherapist and Pilates Institute), and an Active IQ Level 3 qualification in Nutrition and Physical Activity.
