Please note that for the time being, the club has made changes to its class dates and times. Juniors now have classes on Mondays from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as Wednesdays from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Seniors have classes on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm. The first session is free for newcomers, and they are advised to wear long track suit bottoms and a t-shirt.
It's important to note that spectators are currently not allowed in the building for the safety of all participants.
