Currently, the club accepts girls aged 6 to 11, with trials held regularly. Each group is limited to a maximum of 8 gymnasts to ensure focused training. Basic sessions are on Thursdays from 4:40 pm to 6:30 pm, with a development class on Wednesdays from 4:40 pm to 7:00 pm.
Girls with prior experience from other clubs are welcome to apply for advanced groups. Coaches looking for more hours on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, or individuals over 13 interested in coaching, are encouraged to get in touch with Linda for opportunities and further information.
