"Danzar Latino” is a vibrant and inclusive dance school located in Camberwell, Victoria. With a motto to offer the highest quality of teaching in a fun and friendly space, the school is dedicated to providing its students with an authentic Latin dance experience.

The dance classes at Danzar Latino focus on Salsa, Bachata, and social dancing, providing students with the opportunity to move to music, learn new skills, get fit, and expand their social network all at the same time. The school uses one of the most advanced teaching methodologies in the industry to deliver these classes.

In Cuban Salsa (Casino) classes, students will learn a dynamic and fluid style of dance that combines elements of traditional Cuban Son with modern Salsa based turn patterns. This style is great for developing body movement and flavour.

For those interested in Colombian Salsa (Calea/Cali Style), Danzar Latino offers energetic and impressive dance classes. Cali Style is renowned for its sharpness and technicality, providing students with the opportunity to develop their footwork and musicality.

Danzar Latino also offers classes in Cuban Rumba (Guaguanc), a highly rhythmic and expressive genre of dance that is emblematic of Cuban culture. Students will have the chance to learn Yamb, Guaguanc, and Columbia styles, helping them develop their body movement and styling.

The school also teaches Afro-Cuban dance styles, which have roots in Central and West Africa, as well as Cuba. These styles not only develop body movement and coordination but also allow students to embody different emotions and characters.

With a studio conveniently located on Level 1, 823 Burke Rd Camberwell, students can easily access dance classes. The studio is easily accessible via the Harold Street car park at the rear of the building.

Danzar Latino's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The studio is also available for hire on Sundays.
