The clinic is the realisation of a long-standing dream of husband and wife team, Daniel Rollins and Bethia Hope-Rollins. Daniel, a qualified Osteopath since 2007, brings a solid foundation of exercise instruction, Pilates, and sports massage to his practise. He is dedicated to constantly expanding his skills and knowledge in order to provide the best therapeutic care for his clients.
Bethia, on the other hand, has been deeply involved in the field of Pilates since 2001. With comprehensive qualifications in Matwork, Equipment, and Pre & Postnatal Pilates, she possesses a wealth of experience in teaching and helping individuals realise their movement potential. Bethia's passion lies in empowering people to live dynamic and fulfilling lives through intelligent exercise.
