Bethia, on the other hand, has been deeply involved in the field of Pilates since 2001. With comprehensive qualifications in Matwork, Equipment, and Pre & Postnatal Pilates, she possesses a wealth of experience in teaching and helping individuals realise their movement potential. Bethia's passion lies in empowering people to live dynamic and fulfilling lives through intelligent exercise.
