Catherine, a professionally qualified dance teacher with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, started dancing at 3 and has since become an expert choreographer. Her assistant, Diane Penna, also began her dance journey at the same age and has earned multiple titles, including English Amateur Ballroom Champion.
Their popular FitSteps class is a fun way to get fit, combining Ballroom and Latin dance steps. They're perfect even for beginners. Prefer one-on-one lessons? Catherine offers private sessions at £50 per hour per couple.
