Welcome to Danceworld Stage School! Established in 1982, Danceworld is situated in Southfields Business Park, Basildon, Essex. The studios cater to students from Basildon, Billericay, Southend, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Wickford, and surrounding areas.

Pauline, the organiser, is proud of the highly qualified teachers who ensure all students receive excellent training in various dance styles. The four spacious, air-conditioned studios, complete with mirrors and ballet barres, offer a comfortable learning environment. Additionally, there's a lounge area for parents and students to relax during breaks.

There’s also an on-site dancewear shop, stocked with essentials for classes, and exclusive discounts for Danceworld students. The studios have an intercom system and CCTV to ensure everyone's safety, along with ample parking for convenience.

Danceworld offers classes seven days a week, including troupe performers, Sunday associate training, and the new syllabus board. Pauline is excited to announce that Danceworld is now a registered centre for the Dang Theatre and Dance Syllabus. They also provide teachers training through the BATD Teachers Training Centre in various dance styles.

For younger dancers, pre-school classes such as Gerry and Ginger and Freddie Freestyle offer fun while introducing dance fundamentals.

Danceworld is celebrating its 41st anniversary with the upcoming show “Stars of the Future” at the Towngate Theatre in Basildon on 27th and 28th July 2024. Pauline expresses deep gratitude to all past and present students and parents for their support over the years.

The school highlights the accomplishments of talented students like Samuel, Evie, Ayesha, and Jess, who have joined prestigious programmes and colleges, showcasing the dedication and hard work at Danceworld.
