The founder of Dance Culture Co. , Jess Trost, is a passionate and experienced dance instructor with 19 years of teaching experience. Jess is a trained Dance Instructor and is qualified to teach up to the level of VET in schools through Australian Dance Vision. Her mission for Dance Culture Co.

is to create a fun, positive, nurturing, kind, and inclusive environment for students to learn and love dance.

With 15 years of successful operation, Dance Culture Co. has expanded to open a new studio in Byron Bay. Maddi Rogers, a former student and teacher at the Hobart studio, now manages Dance Culture Co. Byron Bay.

Maddi, a qualified Child Educator and skilled dancer, shares the same passion for dance and community-building as Jess. Together, they strive to continue the mission of Dance Culture Co. and expand the dance community.

Dance Culture Co. offers a range of dance classes, including hip hop, jazz, contemporary, singing and dancing, burlesque, break dancing, boys-only classes, and girls-only classes. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, Dance Culture Co. welcomes dancers of all ages and levels to join their classes.
